Terms & conditionsSouth Korea
Additional person
- Any additional person will be charged USD 15 per person.
Punctuality
- Clients are advised to arrive on time. Our photographer will arrive approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled session.
- A delay of 1 hour will incur an additional charge of USD 170 per hour.
Edited photos delivery
- Edited photos (basic editing) will be delivered within 2–7 working days.
- Photoshop retouching is not included in this timeframe.
Photoshop retouching
- Clients may select photos for Photoshop retouching. If no selection is made within 14 days after delivery of the edited files, FRAMATRA will select on behalf of the client, and this will be considered as agreed.
Payment
- Payments can be made in IDR, with conversion applied based on the official Google currency rate at the time of booking. Booking details will be assisted by our admin team.
Photo delivery
- All final photos will be delivered digitally via Google Photos / Google Drive.
Requests or discussions
- Any special requests or discussions must be informed at least 1 day (H-1) before the photoshoot.
Reschedule policy
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the photoshoot. However, if our photographer's schedule does not permit, the photoshoot will proceed according to the original agreement.
- Outside Seoul shoots may include extra transport fees (depends on location). Gate/entrance tickets are not included. Please ask our admin for details.
Weather policy
- In case of rainy weather, if there is no reschedule, the photoshoot will still proceed as planned.
- In cases of extreme weather or pandemic, cancellations will result in a full refund.
